COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
MATERNITY BUNDLE PROMOTION 2024
By entering the promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the promotion and to take a prize if they are a winner.
Information on how to enter form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. Entrants must also currently be residing in South Australia and currently 25-36 weeks gestation.
How to enter
The Promotion commences at 6.00pm (ACST) on 3rd January 2024 and ends at Midnight (ACST) on 7th January 2024.
Entrance to the Promotion is via the Little Oak Studio website and requires the entrant to Like and Follow the Little Oak Studio and Mother Figure’s social media pages.
There is a limit of one entry per entrant/family.
How and when the winners will be selected
The Winner will be determined by the Little Oak Studio.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The judging will take place on the 8th of January 2024 at the Little Oak Studio. The winner will be contacted by text. If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their Prize within 24 hours of judging, their Prize will be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture, a further draw will be conducted by the Promoter within 24 hours and a new winner will be selected.
Runner-up photography vouchers will be offered to selected entries at the Little Oak Studio’s discretion.
Participants are under no obligation to use their voucher if offered one but agree to the terms and conditions upon using their voucher to book a session and commit to their booking.
The Prize
The winner will receive two (2) Prizes worth up to $2015.00.
The prize consists of a Maternity Photography Session + 5 Digital Images + Newborn Session with the Little Oak Studio and One 3D Photography Session + Model with Mother Figure and Cash will not be awarded in lieu of a Prize.
The winner MUST be available to have their 3D Photography Session on the 13th or 14th of January at Mother Figure’s Pop-Up location in North Adelaide.
Failure to redeem the Maternity + Newborn Photography Session within 12 months from the date of issue, or undertake the Prize as stipulated will result in full forfeiture of the Prize.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, all expenses in connection with any Prize become the responsibility of the winner.
Prizes (in whole or in part) are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The Prize is only redeemable to the prize winner and cannot be transferred to another individual.
