FAQ’S

 
  • Your first step is to book your session. You can choose to have your experience in our beautiful studio or at our stunning outdoor location. These are beautiful moments of togetherness where I capture the joy of your family.

    Once you've sat for your photography session, you'll come back to the studio where we will reveal your gallery of gorgeous images. You can then choose one of our beautiful collections to purchase.

  • No, you do not receive any prints or files as part of your session fee. These can be purchased at your image selection appointment after your session.

  • Yes. We know some people are worried they might not like their photos (usually of themselves, not of their baby!) and we're confident you'll love them. But if for any reason you aren't happy with the photos, you aren't locked into purchasing a collection in advance.

  • To avoid disappointment please book your session as far in advance as possible. There is limited availability each month, and we pride ourselves on giving you the best attention to detail.

  • The studio is an intimate space, so please just immediate family members - Mum, Dad, Baby, and Sibling/s unless discussed beforehand. For extended family sessions, we recommend an outdoor session.

  • Allow 2-3 hours for newborn sessions, for all other sessions I would allow up to an hour.

  • It is important to start the session with baby having a full tummy. We can always take a break and let them have another feed during the session if needed. This is very normal. We will work through it with warmth, rocking and patience. I also have spare dummies if you haven’t been using one already. And honestly, if your baby does a poo/wee DO NOT stress if this happens. This is also totally normal and expected!

  • We will book your viewing/ordering appointment after your session for a time within the next two weeks.

  • Please allow 4-6 weeks for your final prints and products to be ready for collection from the studio.

  • If for any reason you need to reschedule your session please get in touch asap. You will always be notified in advance if your session needs to be rescheduled due to weather. All rescheduled sessions need to be made within 7 days or a re-booking fee may be charged or you may lose monies paid.

  • If you would like to view/purchase additional images from your gallery after your viewing/ordering appointment there will be a retrieval fee.

  • Your gallery will be kept on file for 4 weeks and then archived. 12 weeks and it will be removed from our system.
